A dynamic and interactive coach and facilitator, Velynn draws from her own racial formation and healing journey to help center and elevate the voices and experiences of Black and BI-POC communities.
THE ACTIVIST
Her love of God combined with her passion for justice led her to found, Faith and Equity, a non-profit that equips believers and Christian leaders to do and be the work of racial justice.
Hey there! Welcome to my little corner of the world. How you doing? How are your people? What are you needing right now to show up fully in your life? There is so much going on right now-right?! And I need you to know that I care and that I’m here as a fellow sojourner determined not to just survive- but thrive. I’m learning that by tapping into the daily practices of self-care, sacred community and an unshakable faith- life can still be so so good! I understand the fear of the unknown, labor and toll of white supremacy culture and the highs and lows of simply being human! Through my words and my work–my hope is that you will find nourishment, joy and strength to continue to show up as your full and whole self, this is “the work”!!
